Learn how to make beautiful papercut silouettes in this Norwich based workshop for complete beginners!

Papercutting is a craft which has been practised around the world for centuries and is an incredibly relaxing and mindful process. Join us for a morning to yourself where you will learn a new skill and take home your own piece of art at the end.

In my workshop you will learn step-by-step how to handle a craft knife effectively to create simple papercut artwork using templates as a guide. I will demonstrate and guide you and a small group through the papercutting process in a friendly, supportive environment and will also share a range of tips and techniques which will be helpful for you should you decide to continue on your papercutting journey.

I will show you how to mount your artwork onto backing paper which you can then take home and frame or turn into a unique Greetings card.

There will be a variey of coloured papers and templates available for your use and all tools will be provided on the day.

The workshop venue will be at Anteros Arts Foundation in The Fishergate room at 10am-1pm
