Ceramic artist and Illustrator
Currently based in Norwich, Jessica has been a practising artist for over 10 years, following the completion of her degree in BA Ceramics. Deeply passionate about pattern and design, she launched her first greetings card collection in 2016, which marked the beginning of her journey into creating a range of unique handmade papercut illustrations, all inspired by the intricacies of the natural world.
Jessica now extends her distinctive illustration style to a new collection of handmade stoneware pottery. Since moving to Norwich, she has been diligently honing her throwing skills, working from a shared studio space at the local community pottery, Fire and Flux. Her work encompasses both functional and decorative pottery pieces, where her simple yet elegant forms draw inspiration from the botanical world as well as traditional folk art influences.
