Shipping Information

UK Shipping Only

At this time, online orders are available for UK delivery only.
If you are an international customer and would like to place an order, please contact me and I will be happy to provide a custom shipping quote.

Shipping Method & Costs

All orders are shipped via Royal Mail 48 with a flat rate of £5 per order.

Ceramics can be heavy and fragile, and require substantial protective packaging. Please note that I do not make any profit on postage—shipping fees simply cover packaging materials and postal costs.

Dispatch Times

Orders are usually dispatched within 2–3 days of the order date.
If you need your order urgently, please email me and I will do my best to prioritise shipping for you.

Delivery Timeframes

Royal Mail 48 typically delivers within 2–5 working days after dispatch, but delivery may take longer during:

  • Busy periods (e.g., Christmas)

  • Severe weather

  • Royal Mail strikes or delays

Returns & Refunds

General Returns

If you are not completely happy with your purchase, please contact me within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Return postage costs cannot be covered, and must be paid by the customer.

  • Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

  • Once the item is safely returned, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Damaged or Faulty Items

In the unlikely event your order arrives damaged, please email me with:

  • Photos of the outer box

  • Photos of the packaging

  • Photos of the damaged item(s)

You can choose between:

  • A replacement item (if available), or

  • A full refund
